TAHOE ESTATE WATCH is a home monitoring company specializing in safeguarding LAKE TAHOE homes from unwanted visitors, animal and human, and preventing major home emergencies.

With our technology, we are able to detect when and where water is unexpectedly flowing through a pipe, typically indicating a break.  We can automatically shut off the water before any major damage occurs.  We can also be alerted when a carbon monoxide detector has been activated and detect if an uninvited visitor is in your home and take the necessary steps for their removal.  Additionally, TEW monitors the temperature inside your home.  If your heater is off for any reason, we know it and we address it before your pipes freeze and break, possibly ruining the interior of your home and everything in it.

Our system enables us to monitor the interior and exterior of your home via a wireless sysem for 24-hour protection.
